“Good is the enemy of great.” – Jim Collins
What an inspiring idea! This is one of the most interesting books on business and leadership that I have come across. In this book the author (through careful research) explains how several “good” companies transformed into “great” companies and sustained their success over a long period of time. A key element to this success is the type of leader at the helm of the company. This is an excellent book for anyone striving to become a better leader. (Kim Halfhill)
