There are many reasons that Jane Eyre is one of my favorite books. It is a timeless story of a young woman and the struggles she faces. The book describes a woman who is in dire circumstances and yet she is heroic. One of the most inspirational themes of the story for me is how she triumphs over adversity. Every time I read this book, I find a new meaning in the words. It is like opening a treasure box and finding another jewel. (Lynn Wyche)
